Return and exchange policy
• Receiving the shipment from the shipping company is considered an acknowledgment from the customer that the shipment (carton) is intact and in good condition and was not opened before receipt.
The customer has the right to return or exchange, taking into account the conditions below:-
• Attach the original purchase invoice.
• Return within a maximum of 3 days from the date of receiving the product.
• The item must be in the same condition as when purchased and in its original packaging with all its accessories
The customer has no right to return or exchange products in the following cases:
• More than 3 days after receiving the product.
• When the product is used or damaged, it must be in its original condition upon receipt.
• Damaged products covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
• Products whose serial numbers have been tampered with or removed.
• Products without labels, original packaging, or missing any of their accessories.
• All products that clearly indicate that this item cannot be returned or exchanged.
• All computer accessories.
• Devices modified at the customer’s request (laptop – desktop computer – server devices – gaming devices), as the site allows modification of some products based on the customer’s request.
• Computer programs are completely non-returnable.

• We receive your requests through the means of communication mentioned above, provided that the return or exchange request does not exceed 3 days from the date of receipt, and you must provide them with all your invoice information and the reasons for the return or exchange. The request will be submitted to the competent team to review and respond to you regarding your request.
• The specialized technical team reviews the product to be returned or exchanged and ensures that it complies with the conditions of return or exchange and the availability of all supplies and accessories. The request is submitted to the competent department for approval or rejection of the return or exchange.
• The customer does not want a new product and requests a refund. The full amount paid will be returned to the customer Through 14 Days.
